Draft for the beta. Torio’s operator and a contact address have not been confirmed yet, so parts of this page are placeholders. They will be completed before public launch, and anyone who agreed to this version will be asked to review the final text.

The Torio network is for people who work in security. These guidelines apply to profiles, posts, comments and the forum.

Be professional

• Use your real name and describe your experience honestly.
• Disagree with ideas, not people. No harassment, threats or hate.
• No spam, scams, recruiting for unlicensed work or requests for payment.

Protect people and sites

• Do not share anyone’s personal information, or security details about a client, site or post orders.
• Do not post advice that could put someone in danger or break the law.
• Do not pretend to be another person, company or regulator.

Reporting

Report a post, comment or profile from its menu. Torio’s moderators review reports, may remove content or restrict accounts, and record a reason for every decision. Reporters are not identified to the person reported.

To appeal a moderation decision, contact Torio. A contact address will be published here before public launch. Until then, use the options in your account.
